The collection schedule is as follows:
a. 11 February 2009 (Wednesday), between 2-6pm*
b. 25 February 2009 (Wednesday), between 2-6pm*
c.11 March 2009 (Wednesday), between 2-6pm*
d. 18 March 2009 (Wednesday), between 2-6pm*
*Kindly note that approximate collection timings are subjected to number of collection venues and the distance between the venues. In the event of any delay, we will inform the staff-in-charge the soonest possible. We thank you for your kind understanding on this arrangement
Please also note :
The collection of plastic bottles from the school will only take place if the school meets the minimum of 2,000 plastic bottles by any of the collection dates stated below. However, on the last collection date (18 March 2009), we will collect all the remaining bottles from all the schools, even if the school does not meet the 2000 bottles requirement.
Important information on collection procedure
1. We will give the teacher in charge a telephone call five working days (on 4 Feb, 18 Feb, 4 Mar and 11 Mar between 130pm-5pm) before the scheduled collection dates to confirm the following:
a. If the school requires RP to do the collection on the collection date (minimum of 2,000 plastic bottles)
b. To inform the approximate time of collection on the collection date.
2. In the event that you do not hear from us regarding collection date/time, please feel free to contact the logistics team at 91616613 (HP). Kindly note that this number is for the facilitation of bottles collection only.
